What is the builder's reputation in the community? Bigger may not necessarily be better. Have a designer come to your house. Once you have established the strength of the company, have the designer come to your property so his/her estimate will be a complete one. Don't be tempted to shop by phone. Often this sales technique can lead to misleading quotes.Swimming pool construction is very much a "you get what you pay for" industry. Be cautious if the bidis too low. Do your homework.Make sure the builder is a member of the NSPI (The National Spa and Pool Institute).
