Swimming Pool Design

The first step in designing your pool is to determine the shape and style. You will want have a general idea of what the pool is to look like when the pool is finished.

Location

Features

What features do you want for safety? This should be the most impotant consideration of all. Do you havesmall children or grand children who will be using the pool? Do you have a family member or friends with physical disabilities who would need a hand rail? Are there other features that need to be designed into your swimming pool?

The second feature that most people are looking for are features that make the pool easy to maintain.Do you want water that is as cheminal free as possible?What are the best cleaning systems available?

Will you be using your swimming pool for exercise,diving, swimming laps, or sports, water polo, volleyball...?

Will you be using your pool for entertaining and relaxing? Do you want a spa built in as part of thepool?

Before you build your pool, do some planning that includes the landscape, the lot, your lifestyle, and your plans for the future. This will help you create a plan that will progress through the years.
